منتدى الشباب “تحديات الشباب وسوق العمل البديل في مهرجان كرامة في الدورة رقم 12
هذا الحدث عبارة هو ملتقى سنوي يعقد ضمن مشروع الهوية والمدينة يمنح فرصة لمناقشة وتقديم المبادرات والمشاريع الشبابية. للتعبير عن آرائهم وأن يكونوا فاعلين في مجتمعهم كما أنه يمنح مساحة لطرح أسئلة وتوحيد أصواتهم وأسئلتهم.
تم استضافة عروض تقديمية يشارك فيها الشباب الطلاب والطالبات والفنانين الشباب والشابات الذين شاركوا في ورش العمل التي أقامتها جمعية المعمل 612. بالإضافة إلى عرض فيلم وثائقي من إنتاج معمل 612 وبدعم من مركز الدراسات اللبنانية وحول الشباب وسوق العمل في الأردن.
تقوم على أربعة محاور هي: التحديات مع العائلة، التحديات مع المجتمع المحيط، التحديات مع القوانين والأنظمة السائدة، والمحور الأخير هو القدرات الفردية الكامنة لدى الشباب تلك هي المحاور الأساسية التي يدور حولها النقاش المبني أساساً على عنوان “من التعليم إلى مساقات العمل” حيث سنناقش
التحديات التي يواجهها الشباب والشابات في السعي من التعليم إلى سوق العمل والعمل البديل.
Youth Forum at karama HRFF
His event is an annual forum held within the Identity and City project that provides an opportunity to discuss and present youth initiatives and projects. To express their opinions and be active in their community, it also gives space to ask questions and unite their voices and questions.
We will host presentations with the participation of young male and female students, young artists and young women who participated in the workshops held by the ma3mal 612. In addition to showing a documentary film produced by ma3mal 612 with the support of the Center for Lebanese Studies and on youth and the labor market in Jordan.
It is based on four axes: challenges with the family, challenges with the surrounding community, challenges with prevailing laws and regulations, and the last axis is the latent individual capabilities of young people.
