Ma3mal 612 Think Factory has organized an actors training and film development for youth and adults at Syrian refugee clusters, in Amman and the suburbs. The training was held for an extended period from March to November 2015 and was supervised by Directors Anas Khalaf and Rana Kazkaz. The aim was to teach youth and adults acting techniques, body language, facial expressions, and oral interpretation in front of a camera. The final product is a short documentary entitled “Searching for the Translator”. This process is a stepping-stone to a feature fiction film entitled “The Translator”, to be produced in 2016. This project was funded by the European Union – with the support of the Delegation of the EU to Jordan.
